Known predominately for their smooth urban jazz sound, Anonymous is a multi-talented boy band made up of four unique youngsters from thirteen to sixteen years old. The special thing about this band is the overwhelming humble spirit that surrounds them-hence the name Anonymous. Each member is a master of his own instrument and they come together in perfection to share their awesome talents. The group has performed around the Atlanta area for various benefits, social events, and festivals. Members are:
*Maxwell Estis (Piano) - This 16 year old mesmerizes the audience as he tickles the ivories for the band. Max (a.k.a. Madiac) is a sophomore at North Atlanta High School where he is part of the Center for the Arts and a member of the soccer team. He has studied piano for 8 years of and plays cello in the school’s orchestra. When not hitting the books, Maxwell composes raps, draws graffiti, reads, and enjoys a good debate.
*Carrington Edmondson (Bass) - Carrington holds down the bottom with his nasty bass playing skills! This multi talented 17 year old started playing music on the violin and he has been playing bass since the 3rd grade. He also plays the saxophone. The high school senior has been an integral part of both his middle and high school jazz bands. Carrington is an “old soul” with a love for old school music.
*Langston Michael (Sax)-Saxophonist Langston is able to “pull out all the stops” when it comes to performing. The 10th grader has been around music since he was a baby, but picked up a horn in middle school band class-and hasn’t put it down since then! In addition to music, Langston is active in tennis.
*Justice Michael (Drums)-Well-known for his first place wins at Amateur Night at the Apollo in NYC, 14 year old Justice (aka Just Ice) is quickly becoming Atlanta’s new drumming sensation. As the youngest member of the band, Just Ice brings some deep-rooted, complex, and awe-inspiring beats to the stage.
Anonymous looks forward to more performance opportunities around the South.
